Marc Lagesse - Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman
Marc Lagesse currently holds directorship in several companies operating in different sectors of the Mauritian economy.
He was until recently the Chief Executive Officer of the Hertshten Group, a Mauritian based holding company with operations in 7 countries across the globe involved in international derivatives markets and property.
Marc Lagesse was previously the CEO of MCB Capital Markets, part of the MCB Group where he spent 15 years. Marc Lagesse has a BSc in Statistics and Economics from University College London and an MBA from the London Business School.

Sebastian Taylor - Non-Executive Director
Sebastian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Business from Bond University.
He is currently the Investment Manager at Scott Investments Ltd. Prior to that, Sebastian had worked at Quilter Cheviot Investment Management in UK.
He is also a director on the board of Scott and Company Limited and a few private companies.

Richard Hirsch – Independent Non-Executive Director
Richard Hirsch joined his family business, Hirsch’s Homestores, in 1998 when they opened their first Superstore in Durban. He started working in the warehouse and swiftly rose through the ranks until being appointed Branch Manager of the store. Thereafter, he took up the position of Regional Manager for KZN, and in 2010 was appointed the Managing Director of the family business that started in 1979. This family owned company has grown into the largest independently owned appliance retailer in South Africa with 18 stores around South Africa and almost 2000 team members.
Richard has a philosophy of lifelong learning and has studied at UCT, Harvard, North Western/Kellogg and Oxford University. He has been involved with the Clare Ellis Brown School, an inner city school of Durban for under privileged children since 2000 as well as the Vulingqondo Literacy Centre. He is a passionate YPO-er and is Chapter Chair of the Durban chapter 2016/17.
Fiona Taylor – Independent Non-Executive Director
Fiona Taylor is the Director of Victoria Tackle Ltd, a manufacturing company of artificial fishing lures based in Mauritius with a Sales & Marketing office in the UK. She has been running the company with her husband since 2013. She has previously worked as Marketing & Admissions Manager at Northfields International High School, Direct Sales Manager at Scott & Co Ltd and Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland at Beachcomber Hotels in London.
She obtained her BA in Sociology from the University of York, UK and her MA in Advertising and Marketing from Leeds Business School, UK. She spent 10 years in the UK and returned to Mauritius in 2009.
Clovis Wong Yin Sang – Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director
Clovis Wong Yin Sang holds a DESS in Administration des Entreprises from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises d’Aix en Provence and a Maitrise en Sciences Economiques from the Faculté d’Economie Appliquee d’Aix en Provence, France.
Clovis is the CEO of The Brandhouse Ltd as from February 1, 2013. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director - Operations at Scott and Company Limited.
