The JMG Service Centre provides after-sales service for brands distributed by JMG.
Our team of qualified technicians undergo regular technical training either locally or overseas provided by our principals. We provide both indoor and outdoor repair facilities and under/out of warranty repairs.
Guarantees
Products distributed by JMG are covered by a minimum one year guarantee. However a two year warranty now applies to Samsung and Panasonic products.*
We also guarantee that we use only genuine spare parts, sourced directly from our principals.
